Small Groups

Small groups are very much the heart of the church - we call our small groups “cells”. These are smaller gatherings, meeting in people’s homes during the week.

They are the perfect smaller setting to meet with friends, a place of support and encouragement and a place to know and be known. We encourage everyone to settle in a cell group because it stimulates our relationship with Jesus and with other people.

All cell groups vary and we encourage you to try and find one that suits you. During a typical evening you might worship together, pray for each other and have a time of sharing or teaching. Cell groups may also be part of larger “cell communities” that will organise additional events and social activities.

You can see a list of our current cell groups here.

You find out more about our cell communities by clicking on the area links below:-

Africaine - African french-speaking community, meeting in Network House.

Bournville - community that meets around the Bournville area.

Halesowen - community that meets in the Halesowen area.

Infuse - community that meets in the Stirchley area.

Nechells - community that meets in the Nechells area

Northfield - community that meets in the Northfield area.

All of the groups have an “open door” policy and welcome visitors. This allows you to find the group that best suits you, even though it may not necessarily be the closest geographically.

Please contact the church office if you wish to attend a group and we will put you in touch with the hosts.
