The Leadership Team of vineyard network church birmingham are responsible for overall care and direction of this congregation. This team is made up of:-

• Andrew and Rosie McNeil
• Simon and Keely Bateson
• Nigel and Jo Hemming

This team supports a wider leadership team responsible for cell communities, cell groups and other activities within the church.

The Administrative Team ensures the smooth running of the church by providing support in the areas of finance, communications, IT and general administration. This team includes:-

• Sarah Wicker (office manager)
• Claire Woolnough providing maternity cover for Sarah Wicker from mid January
  to October 08
• Ellie Buck (finance administrator)
• Administration volunteers

The Trustees provide legal and financial guidance and make sure we adhere to the practices and procedures of the various legislative bodies including Charity Commission, Health & Safety and Employment law. This team comprises:-

• Bill Dixon (chair)
• Hilary Rushby
• Ian Rogers
• Andrew McNeil
